Do you have a particular type of fish you buy, frozen, that you like to cook? What is it and how do you fix it? tia

no one in our house likes fish, so I never have to cook it. I will make tuna sandwiches once in a while though.

We like tilapia, salmon, tuna, etc. My favorite way to have tilapia is either marinate in italian dressing and grill it or bake in oven with butter, lemon and dill. Salmon I love just baked or make a apricot/mustard glaze and apply when almost done.

We like salmon, cod, tilapia, tuna, swordfish, halibut, and shrimp. Dh likes catfish. Baked, grilled, or pan fried. Depends on the fish.

Nope. If we buy fish, we buy it from the seafood counter (though it could be previously frozen) and it's always haddock (cod is always a possibility because they are closely related). It's the only fish we will all eat. Hubby is the only one who will eat some others.
I could smell salmon during the food and wine festival at EPCOT for the Canada pavilion.
Friends aren't people you particularly like for any special reason. You just like people because they're your friends.

I get whatever I can eat and whatever I can get. Usually these don't overlap though. Salmon, tuna, monkfish, trout, herring are the usual ones. Fresh if possible but usually frozen.

We almost always have salmon in our freezer. We usually bake it with fresh veggies or sometimes I make a mixture of mayo, lemon juice and parm cheese to go on top and then put bread crumbs on it and bake like that. I do like other fish but for some reason don't buy it that often! We also have some in our freezer right now that dh caught when he went fishing with a coworker of his. Can't remember what it is but we usually pan fry it with garlic, onions and a little butter.
