Went to the physiotherapist today, and I have damaged my hip joint, and my lower back is not working properly either.
Feeling decidedly sore after the session. He did lots of massage, and traction. Some of the manipulation a made me feel like hitting him 
But all I could think of was how I wish I had re shaved my legs before, and with all the moving round that I wish I had worn some nana knickers !!!!
I will know for the next appt on Monday.......
At least I know that I was not being a hypochondriac and that I was not being over the top.
Hoping that he can give me some relief, and that I don't have arthritis in the hip. ( I have had two osteoarthritis ops on my feet already...... So I won't be surprised.....)
Writing a note, to shop for sturdy knickers at the weekend

LOL at the knickers!
I'm glad you've got it identified, and had something done with it. I wear leggings to my appointments, and they don't make me take them off.

Glad you got it checked out and are on the road to recovery! P.S. don't sweat over the shaved legs - I have lots of people apologize to me about forgetting to shave their legs and honestly I am more concerned about their injury!

Ditto over the shaved legs. It doesn't bother the therapist at all, only the patient. Even when the patient IS a therapist.

I'm glad that you have it figured out! I know what you mean about wanting to hit them when he get that painful spot.
