COW - Challenge of the Week - no prizes, just a little motivation and encouragement from the Jazzer Gals. Every Sunday (since 2011) someone will post a challenge for a LO using 3 elements. This year Tam introduced SOW - Sketch of the Week and it's big success too. SOWs work equally well in Layouts and Cards so please come join us.

All that, plus the 2013 COWs and SOWs are in the Challenges forum. Before that they were in General.
I'm new to the "herd" this year and I'm having such a good time already. There's no obligation but it's really nice to get the lovely comments from the other players. We ought to comment in the galleries really, rather than just on the threads, don't you think?

Sounds fun! I will have to take a look and see if I can participate. I actually glued paper onto the chipboard pages of a mini album this morning! I am looking all over for my pictures and can't find them so that will be my project for the next day or so lol. I will have to start my COW and SOW challenge LOs after that. I should make a pact with myself to post at least on one of them! Ok, pact done, kick my but if I don't post. Hound me and prosecute me if I fail to show work done. OK?

It depends on how much pressure you want to put on yourself. I work better with less pressure so I'm not going to make my hobby into work.

Vivi, it's up to you. You can do them all or pick only the ones you want. The whole concept behind to COWs is to get us to use what we have, try new techniques, have some fun creating scrapbook pages/albums.

I don't do them all, just the ones I feel are doable for me.
I look at these challenges as inspiration to get more LOs done. And I'm not a stickler for having them exactly as the challenges require. As long as I'm close enough to the requirements, it's another LO done. If you don't have products listed for a challenge, you may substitute something similar.

I may joined ya, will listen to everyone except Tam. I will pick and choose which ones I do. Not scrapping as much as I used to, so that's why. Will get started on some this weekend, if I don't have to work that is, we have been swamped since Thanksgiving and working every weekend.

I will start today with the new cows and I am excited already. I really hope to keep contact with the herd the whole time and do the layouts as they challenges are posted. I was running after the herd last year and lost it somewhere on the way
I think it is fun that there are so many new people coming to play this time!
