We slept until 8, which is nice! I am feeling much better, but Mark has the full blown creeping crud now. I think we're going to take decorations & lights off the tree today. I have a spa appointment at 12:30 and if he feels up to it, will go with me & shop for a Kindle cover while I'm there. We also talked about bowling after.... but don't know if he'll have that much energy.
I also need to re-write / reorganize my lists for the days ahead.

You guys need to get all better and get your energy back.
I've been doing laundry, a little grocery shopping, tidying up, and next I'm going to do some scrapping. I'm just printing photos now.
This will be the first crafty thing I've done since the craft fair in November. I'm having withdrawal symptoms!

oh I know! It dawned on me that they say massage can break up the toxins in your body & you're encouraged to drink lots of water afterwards to flush those out.... This was scheduled a long time ago, but it's a good excuse for a massage anyway - LOL

You can still drink loads of water. Aim for 2 quarts or more each day.

I've got laundry started. Some picking up/cleaning. I just put the new wrapping paper in the box. I wish they wouldn't make the rolls so fat to fool you into thinking you're buying a lot more than you are. I'm no fool - I read the measurements on the package. Need to gather up the boxes, bows, and any tissue saved.
I might see about scrapping in a bit.

Today we have Ben's photo shoot. The lady is coming to the house at 10:30. Hoping he is a happy baby. He is so far. Dh had to run one of the dogs to the vet. He needs a kennel cough vaccine but also has a split nail and a lump on his hip. The vet we go to is walk ins only and is usually crazy on a Saturday so he went to be there for 9am when they open...hoping he makes it back in time for photos. I have a few things to tidy up before then but the house is pretty good. This afternoon we have to run out for batteries but I think that is it for errands! Then packing again as we go to visit some friends for a few days tomorrow. Get to take my scrap stuff so packing/organizing that in a condensed manner is always challenging!

I'm dedicating the day to working out, grocery shopping and tidying up for tomorrows company. I'm going to stay far away from Bianca, we're mad at each other...

This morning I'm finally sitting at the computer, talkin' to you guys, finally printing photos from my last vacation, and sorting old photos while the others print. This afternoon we're heading up to Northern Virginia for the weekend - it's doing a little snow, a little rain, and back to snow so I'm hoping the 2 hr drive won't be bad. . .

How is the hubby Kim? I've been thinking of him. What did the doctor say? I hope he recovers fast.

Thanks Viv. He goes to the doc on the 3rd. He's improving a little but has the chills/sweats all the time so doc put him on an antibiotic. Compared to his leg now which is improving a bit, he thinks his hip is going to be a problem. It's where he's having the most problems right now. He's had a lot of relief from pain in his other leg, thankully! Slow road.

Ugh, poor guy. Sometimes back problems along with the surgeries that can follow go through a long process to find relief. Will he be going though physical therapy? He has to be feeling quite frustrated right about now. Saying a prayer for him.

Kim, glad your DH is improving. It's hard to be patient when you just want to be back to normal.
I'm taking the kids to open skate today, neither has practice or lessons this week so they need to burn some energy off, LOL! Then this afternoon I'll get back to reorganizing the scraproom, hopefully will finish that today.
Would like to do a little after-Christmas shopping, not sure if stuff is marked down eough yet or not (50% doesn't impress me, I don't usually buy until it's at least 75% off).
