I got BIL a goat cheese making kit. I'm really hoping he likes it. He likes weird food and especially strong cheeses. He also likes experimenting in the kitchen.
Also, for my students, I got them each a set of the Twistable Crayola crayons (8 packs). I have a feeling they are going to love them more than the books I got. Speaking of which, I need to put together gift bags, no way I'm wrapping 50 presents for my class.

25, but I got them 2 presents each. I would cry if I had 50 kids.

hopefully the quilts I am making for the boys - lots of effort, hope to be rewarded with lots of smiles (that was not the case last year with their robes, sigh)
I really wanted to surprize dh with something he really wanted, but I just couldn't get it at a decent price (can only be found on e-bay ) but I did get him several things I know he really wants, and that he will be happy

I hope my dd's like their photo calendar that I'm making. I think they'll be surprised with the other gifts I made too. I hope I can get everything I wanted to make finished. Nothing like waiting until the last two weeks.
The only gift I'm worried about this year is my niece's gift. I bought her a Fiestaware utility jam jar. I'm going to fill it with a sugar scrub. I got the same thing for her mom (sil) and my other sil. The reason I'm worried is because my mil was telling me that she donated all of her Fiestaware because she and her dh recently divorced. She didn't want it because it was 'theirs.' I already washed it, no receipt. I thought it was perfect since she raved about Fiestaware at our last family get together this fall. I got it in 'their' color.

Best gift will probably be Mark's Kindle. Don't think he's expecting it at all...

Donald's GoPro camera & Noah's jacket. SUPER deal on the jacket! It was 195.00 on sale for 117.00. Zach had a school fundraiser and was selling coupon books for ElderBeerman in it. There was a $50.00 off men's outerwear, even on sale prices. I was able to order it for $67.00!

What will get the best reaction?
I got Helen a life-sized stand-up cut out of Niall from One Direction.
She will be over the moon & totally love her Mommy that day.
What do I like the best?
Got my sweetie a 3.5 foot tall model sailboat.

hmmmm not sure... we did purchase a glass that my dad had many years ago but when we were younger it broke... i hope he likes it and it doesn't bring back too many memories which could make him quite sad.
I think J will like his mini hockey nets that we got him, I hope it sufices his want for a 2nd big hockey net.
Mom to 1 precious boy! He loves hockey.

The stuff I mailed out because no one was expecting it.

The 100 year anniversary for the college dh went to was this year and he couldn't go because the celebration was the same weekend our baby was due so I ordered him a jacket from the event. I also think my mom and mil will love the scrapbooks of Ben I am making them.

Stephanie, I didn't know you got a Kindle too. Have you set it up yet or will he? Ours as a family present will be a big surprise I think!
