Keep working on Christmas cards and getting things together to mail out. Drop off son later for afternoon class. At least his off-campus class is over now. The rest of his classes have finals next week.

I'm playing catch up with my CT stuff, wrapping gifts, doing my Christmas cards...the other usual stuff.

Abby stayed home sick from school today, so I'll be taking care of her. I'll try to work on my homemade Christmas gifts, and maybe wrap some gifts too.

Full Star Trail day with the special school in the morning. I picked up DH's contact lenses and some more crickets for the gecko in the way home. I cleaned out the last lot of crickets, and I'm waiting for the newbies to climb into their dark tubes.

Tonight we have scampi and chips and then I'm going to choir practise. Star Trail is open to the public tonight, but I can't go. The mother of my stand-in, who is also the lady in the gold tent, had a bit of a peck at me. She said I should tell the choir-master that I was busy and couldn't go to the practise. I think I've been there all week so I'm entitled to an evening off.

There are tensions between our choir and the music group in the other church. Our choir (including the choir master) has been accused of being unfriendly, and the music group has been accused of being above turning up to practise, and being rude. I'm not being rude or unfriendly, so I'll listen to them all griping and keep out of it without getting involved.

Unfriendly singers are the worst! hehe

We have dentist app around lunch so I ended up keeping the girls home and doing the gingerbread house this morning. They never miss school so I figured this would be a treat since they would only be there for a couple of hours.

then it's homework with J, probably either dishes or more laundry, supper, vegging and early to bed.

I need a dentist appointment but can't at this time....

well, so far I haven't done what I said I was going to do except drop the kid off.
I did go to WM after and pick up some food things. I made myself some NE clam chowder and am eating it now. Did a few dishes, need to do more and clean up the stove and counters.
People who have clean houses must clean all the time and/or don't live with other slobs.

Tell me about it... My kitchen started out super nice and clean, now it looks like a bomb went off. I won't even get started on my bedroom...

Went to post office to mail Christmas cards.
Grocery store to pick up things for dinner, having Tuscan style tomato bisque and roasted garlic bread.
Stopped by Jo-Ann's for gift wrap supplies.
Home now, need to get the laundry started, wrap gifts for the two people I picked off the Angel tree at work (for those in need, I got a gift for an elderly lady & a three year girl).

Abby took an hour nap, so I was able to finish the rest of the months on my photo calendar. Now I just need to print off the pictures, put them in the calender, bind it (need to buy some rings), and add the earrings. I think I'm going to put the earrings on ribbons. I'm not sure. I'll have to play with it and see what looks best. Camy walked in while I was doing it and was asking 20 questions. "What is that?" "Is that a calendar?" "Cool!" "Who are you making that for?"

Looks like she'll be staying home again tomorrow since she still has a fever. If she's not to clingy maybe I'll go through photos or start another project.
