what's up?
I think I get to stay home all day 
Will do some laundry for sure & figure out something to fix for dinner.... Should probably finish filling up a box I'm sending to FL. And might organize a bit in the scrap room.
Need to call orthopedics, as I forgot to go to an appointment I had with them after PT last week  Now I have no more pt's scheduled & could use just a few more I think.
We're going to decorate the tree tonight.

A busy day for us. Well it's been a busy time recently and it's only going to get worse for a while.
Yesterday I had the Patronal Festival at the church in the morning, then rehearsal and Advent carol service at the Methodist church in the afternoon followed by tea and a showing of our first Songs of Praise recording at the house of one of the basses. That was Sunday gone in a flash.
This morning I was up at the other church where I am going to be playing Mary all the rest of this week in a little production for the primary school children, called Star Trail. I knew very little about it until this morning, I've never done this before. I feel better about it now.

I will decide if I want to crawl under the house later to run an extension cord from one side to the other to put lights up on the juniper tree outside the LR window. There's only one outside plug that I'm aware of and it's underneath near the back door. I'd have to crawl underneath the width of the house to run it to the front.  I have a remote switch that I could plug into it then I wouldn't have to go outside (if the signal reaches) to turn them on and off. 
Need to work on Christmas cards and get some things ready to mail. I might stop at the grocery store when I drop my son off for class this afternoon.
Friends aren't people you particularly like for any special reason. You just like people because they're your friends.

Hopefully finish putting the Christmas decorations up.
Work on homemade Christmas gifts.
I might wrap a few Christmas gifts.
Laundry and housework in between.
Going out for dinner tonight and to Walmart to buy some lights for our tree.

so far I have boiled water to wash some dishes. I only have enough water for one more sinkful.
i hope to tidy up around here, get some church work done and maybe get a nap in...ha! I doubt it I can't seem to sleep very much.
I have to stick around the house today as my dad is coming down to see what he can gear up for the toilet so we can at least turn the water back on. These old houses and people don't see to do anything easy. We will probably have to tear up some of the bathroom floor and rethread the pipe.
If it's not raining this afternoon J and I are going to put christmas lights up in the chestnut tree (or the bumblebee tree as he refers it to).
Tonight i'm hoping we can just sit for a few and relax.... i need some relaxation in my life right now.

I have puttered around the house listening to Christmas music for most of the morning. Some friends are coming for coffee soon (unexpected fun!). I have parcels ready to post, and a small list of things to pick up for the week. Dinner to make, and get ready for work tomorrow!

I have all of my decorations up except for our tree. I'll work on it tonight after we buy the new lights. I even put put out the outdoor decorations. I just need to hook everything up to an extension cord. Oh, and I need another strand of blue lights for outside. My sprial bush grew a lot this year!
I also cleaned Camy & Abby's bathroom, ran a load of dishes, folded laundry, and boxed up two of dh's gifts to wrap.
I'm going to work on the photo calendar I'm making after I take a little break.

I'm going to work on the photo calendar I'm making after I take a little break.
Minus the pictures and birthstone earrings Jan-March, and May-Sept are done. I didn't like April, so I'm going to redo it. So I have April, Oct-Dec, photos, earrings, cover & back, and binding. It sounds like a lot, but I don't think it will take very long.
Then I can get started on other homemade Christmas gifts. I'm a little behind. I'm not sure how soon to make the sugar scrubs. I'll have to do some research and see how long the homemade scrubs last.

I got the lights up on the tree. NOt quite to the top as there aren't enough lights. It was no easy feat either because I don't have a 6 ft stepladder. And my remote switch works!  Hopefully it looks good because it's harder to tell during daylight and even harder when the sun starts getting in your eyes.
I braved underneath the house (with my hood up) to run the cord from one side to the other. It's mess under there, too. Crap that was probably left since the house was put here. I found a piece of molding that's the same as what's around the top of the kitchen and LR. I could clean out under there in the summer but that's when all the spiders would be out.
Friends aren't people you particularly like for any special reason. You just like people because they're your friends.

I had to go to walmart for groceries - I didn't let myself look at anything else - in and out - so i wouldn't spend more than my budget. I kept wanting to get stuff I know I will need for christmas later, like pie shells and pumpkin etc.
going to my sister's house later to see her new baby - she was born last week  but we couldn't visit because Grayson got strep throat.

i lost my energy, 3 nights of next to no sleep i am wore right out. we did put lights on a tree or the trunk and a few branches outside.
I have washed dishes... still tons more to do.... and then I found out that the toilet our friends had is broken, the bottom fell out of it but my dad is going to come down and see if maybe it's just new seals that we need.... part of me doesn't think so but I don't know much about toilets. So thankful for my dad.
