Cooking anything good? Since the girls have a very busy week I want to have healthy thing on hand to give them quickly when they get home. I sent them to school with spinach soufflé, an apple and a bag of veggies for lunch and a bag of pretzels for snack. For dinner I'm making veggie soup with rice in the crock pot and pasta with marinara sauce and Cecil beans and cheese. I will cook whatever else I find LOL I think I will make some lemon chicken for their sandwiches for tomorrow too.

My first thought was Fiestaware, not food.

Abby and I are the main vegetable eaters in our house. I have to sneak them into dinners for Lilly, Camy, and my dh most of the time. There are a few they will eat though.

I actually miss cooking because I miss eating vegetables. Tonight we're having the turkey jo's I made last week and put in the freezer. It has hidden vegetables in it. lol

Lol sorry Sharon! My goofy auto correct made them Cecil instead of ceci. They are the garbanzo beans. I mix them into the pasta for an extra kick of protein. The girls love them. The cheese I add at the end and bake them just like baked mostachle.
