I don't know what all my mom will have at her house tomorrow - probably all the usuals - Turkey, mashed potatoes, stuffing, corn, rolls, jello salad, and PIES!

we're brining our turkey overnight, then cooking with apples in it & champagne poured over it ( Recipe Britt found)
cornbread dressing
cranberry sauce
Ruth's Chris sweet potato casserole
Jack Stack cheesy corn casserole
green bean casserole
mashed potatoes (because Britt doesn't like sweet)
my mom's brown rice
dinner rolls
cherry/pineapple/cool whip salad
chocolate sheet cake
pumpkin pie

Ohhhh mannnnn -- can I come with you to the restaurant?? That'd be more welcome than what I've got to go to, I'd think.
My family (bro's/sis's/families) are only 20 strong. Last I'd heard, there will be 37 people in attendance...in a house...at one time...for a sit-down meal...seriously??

Wine or champagne -
Cream Cheese/salami cones -
Green Bean Casserole -
Pop, Doritos and jello -
Lettuce Salad + wine -
Mac/cheese -
Might be my last thanksgiving with family as my DH is not a happy camper...neither of us do well with a lot of people in a small space. This might push us over the edge. LOL

Our Thanksgiving will be on Saturday.
I have to work at the hotel, we are serving a huge Thanksgiving buffet in the grand ballroom.
MIL wants to go out to eat, we have reservations for dinner Sat. evening for 10 people.

Let's see, I haven't really planned anything out this year since it is just us.
I know we will have
Turkey - butter under the skin
two stuffings (My dh makes it and I don't like onions in it)
Candied yam patties
Twice Baked Potato Skins
Southern Green Beans
Pumpkin Pie
I guess I need to finish figuring this out. lol

We are getting together with some friends. I am making butter rolls, potato walnut rolls, balsamic asparagus, and an apple slab. I think we are also having turkey, ham, mashed potatoes, veggie tray, pumpkin dessert of some kind, and a pecan pie. I can't remember everything for sure.

We had our Thanksgiving dinner Sunday. I promised the girls I would fix and knew I wouldn't feel up to it on Thanksgiving day.
I made:
14 lb turkey
