what's up w/you today - this weekend?
I've done my workout across the street - and got measured so I can (hopefully) see progress.
In about half an hour, I'll be taking Zoey to Petsmart for grooming.
Will come back home & pick her up later, as it takes about 4 hours and I don't have any errands or time killers to do in town.
Work in the scraproom, unpack a couple of boxes (?) do a load of laundry, visit with 'Miah.
Tomorrow morning Mark and I are taking a trailer to pick up a 20 pole while will hold his gas station sign. Having lunch at a well known, quaint little place (known for their pies - yum!) Date night & shopping tomorrow night. Football & Nascar on Sunday

Working with hubby this morning, and need to give the house a once over this afternoon. Granddaughters coming tomorrow for an overnight, so really need to tidy their room up and babyproof.
Cookies to bake for a parcel to youngest son out west, and maybe some shopping on Sunday while the boys watch last race of the season. Want to find some bubble bath time too!
I am doing couch to 5k on the treadmill and just finished week 2 but feel so blah with this cold I think I am going to redo the week until I feel energetic again.
Have a great day or make someone else's day great!

oh Sharon, how tough is week 2 ? LOL
I will be in KC visiting my dd for the week, so I've got the app on my phone and must discipline myself into doing it.... so that I'm not behind the group when I return!
Does it go from one minute jogs to 2 minutes, or just 1.5 ?

Just 1.5 walking and running. I made it through but feel like my head and chest aren't ready for week 3 yet. (that is the 2 minute runs).
You can do it!

well it's day 3 on the couch for me, day 5 of feeling off. Today's goal is to get liquids into me. I was very, very dizzy when I got up and even had hubby take the kid to school.
Tonight J has hockey as well as saturday morning. We'll see if I make it to either of those.
Saturday afternoon we had hoped to head into the city for a bit, but that's on standby.
Saturday evening our pastor is having his induction service so I am supposed to be in the nursery. Hopefully I can keep my committment there.
Sunday is church, skating and small group get together.
At this point in time I am not sure how much we will actually do. J has a cough, dh has a cough, has felt blah for a week now and is losing his voice and then me with whatever bug it is that I have.

Have to buy a TV.
Funny story - gave away TWO when I moved (yes, a few weeks ago) and THEN the one in the other bedroom goes kablooey. ARGH. Have to replace it before SO's mother spends Thanksgiving with us, as she likes to keep the TV on all night ( )

thanks - I hope I can!
Was thinking I'll have to run outside while visiting Britt, but then remembered she belongs to a gym. Maybe we can go use their track. I'm sure even running in place at home would be better than nothing.
I'm glad it only increases by 1/2 a minute - LOL

once I get that back on again, and talk with our computer geek friend about making sure this doesn't happen again, I am going christmas shopping

I would like to try the C25K when I start feeling better. I'm trying to convince my dh to do it with me. He used to run a 5K daily.
I hope you feel better soon Sarah.
Beth Ann...SO??? Did you share with the class and I missed it? Have fun TV shopping.
I had my blood labs this morning. Then I ran into Walmart to see if I could find my gf crackers. They didn't have them, but I did pick up some ginger ale. I also picked up a couple of Christmas gifts while I was there.
It's Grandparent's day for Abby today, so I'm hoping my parents will drop by after they leave the school. Other then that I'll just be cleaning and cooking meals to freeze.

Went to see Breaking Dawn -2 today. Net to lunch; waited for 50 minutes for food to come out: complained: got free lunch, picked up kids at school.
Now having a cup of tea, then going to store, coming home and making Twice baked potatoes for Couples Bunko tonight. Then making dinner and leaving.

besides the usual taxi service, I sat on my butt. Then I managed to do some dishes. Sat on my butt more. Made dinner, back on my butt again.

Today I decorated and packaged 10 home-made candles, filled 4 pretty drinking glasses with sweets and packaged those, made 2 more pen pots, and packaged and labelled 11 packs of "reindeer food". Oh and ironing DH's work shirts for next week.
Tomorrow I'm driving down to Mum's for a few days, she's singing in a concert Saturday and I'm going (with my brother?) then the three of us are going to a spa for 2 nights. That is her Christmas present to me and to my brother. DH is having a few days to himself at home.
So I'll be back on-line Wednesday-ish.

Bunko is very easy to play Jen. And it is fun.
You roll dice and you start by trying to get 3 of the. Number you are on. You start at 1 and go to 6 for 1 round. If you get 3 of that number that is a Bunko or 21 points. If you get 1 or 2 of that number, you keep rolling until you no longer get that number.
The game ends when the head table reaches 21.
