hello everyone, I joined several years ago, been on here off and on. I need to find some comfort! so here I am!!! Its been a long last 2 years. I lost my sister Gail last year of cancer, She had lung cancer, she went in 4 months time. She suffered, she was my best friend. After she died We found out our mom had cancer, she lasted 7 months, she died a month ago. My best friend, Crystal got me back into scrapbooking to try and get my mind off things, she has been great.I've been married for 15 years to Vince I have 4 kids,One stepdaughter Sarah from a previous marriage, and Nikki, Amanda and Shawn all grown up. I have 3 stepgrand kids I don't get to see them as often as I like too. But i'm going to change that. I do have 2 adorable grandsons. I have been scrapbooking them. One is 2years old (Braxton) and one is 4 months old (Lane) I love them so much. Im asking you my scrapbook friends to bare with me, and help me, make me laugh, I am looking forward to meeting new people! and if anyone needs anything I am here for you too! I have a lot of layouts to download that i would love to share with all of you but for some reason, my laptop isn't working right so as soon as i can I will post some. also can't wait to see all of yours. You've had a tough time of it, I'm so sorry.
If you want inspiration, we have the monthly Blue Crew challenges in the SJ Challenges forum, and in the Challenges forum we post our own - and the Challenge of the Week (or COW!) is posted in GS for some reason. 
Come and chat in the Lounge as well? We may seem like a close-knit bunch - and we are - but we're always happy to welcome new friends.
