Oh, wow! That is so pretty! If you have a roo you will have fertilized eggs. We do not have a roo, so we do not have to worry. But, our hens don't free range, they are safe in a run.

We looked at a farm yesterday. It is a vet, church and 2 houses from my brother's farm. The other way it is 8 houses to my mom & dad's. Across the road is one house then my Aunt's farm. I was excited. It was cheap. Then we saw why. Structure issues...oh, well. One day!

When you get them, post photos of your new farm!

So no possibility of it being a fixer upper?? As in something doable?

I have heard of that before with the hogs.

Two pigs ago we had the sweetest pigs ever. Ours only get to be 250-280 pounds. I couldn't imagine a 700 pound hog.

The foundation was bad on the house we looked at. If it hadn't been for that I would want it, even being a fixer upper. I want a fixer upper, but it has to have good bones.
