if you have flock, use it!  If you really don't own any flocking powder, maybe you have flocked (fuzzy) stickers or velvet paper?)

Flock free here, but I ran over to M's on lunch break from inservice and grabbed some black velvet paper which I used to cut out the pumpkin.

This is my mom and my aunt, on vacation, mid 1950s. I love that they are wearing capris. Back then we called them "pedal pushers". So far, this is the only pic I have seen where mom is wearing them!
Used velvet paper instead of using flock and punched the flowers from it. I took JennK's idea of using a large circle for the background!

My scrapping mojo has been MIA - so today I put my mind to completing at least one COW, I'm behind by five.
Here is my attempt at COW #23. I have circles, and a flower, plus my pattern paper has a flower pattern, unfortunately I do not have any flocking powder, fuzzy stickers or velvet paper so I substituted a glittered number 4 for the flock part of this challenge.

 I am sorry, I just realized it was velvel paper and not vellum - so I have done this wrong. But I had much fun to do this layout about some food, my friend and I ate on our vacation.
