Okay, I know there are a lot of Mothers out there who feel overworked and under appreciated so I am not the only one. I just moved to a new State with my family and I know no one. Before then, I had no friends. I do everything for my family and I love it but I don't have time for myself or know how to make friends here. I am going nuts!

Stick around here awhile .... you'll have friends in no time! Online friends become real life friends. Being in so. IN you could definitely meet up with some of us other midwestern girls!
Welcome aboard though, glad to have you here!

I can name a few ladies I have become very close friends with and enjoy spending time with.
Where did you move to IN from? I have a few friends down your way as well!

I like it here in Indiana. We moved here to get away from the chaos. We took my sisters baby when she was 12 days old and just finalized the adoption. She is 2 now. I wanted to get her away from her biological parents as they are not good for her. My husband works a lot and I am at home with my 4 year old and 2 year olds (2 of them). I'm trying to keep my head up.

I travel a lot to Bloomington, IL and Indianapolis, IN.....I live in Elkhart, IN which is as far north as you can get before Michigan.
I have a 5 year old and a 3 year old, both spoiled to high heaven.

awww.... what a good thing to do for that baby girl! But yeah .... a 4 yr. old and two 2 yr. olds!
I mean it, many ladies here kept me company through a lonely period of my life and I've met several in person I enjoy seeing whenever I can. When that doesn't work - we just hang out here & keep one another sane.
Ha, who am I kidding? Occasionally we drive each other but at least we're a nice distraction from the same ol' same ol'!

If I didn't have this site with my friends on it I'd go plum crazy! I'm a SAHM (even though my kids are 15 and 17).

I love to scrap! When I can. My husband is good with my little ones, he understands that I need time for me. That helps a lot. But when I want to show him my layouts, he of course isn't interested. He says "it's kind of like when I try to talk to you about cars". lol

No seriously, I'm in time out right now! I sent myself to my room. They are messing up their playroom.

I'm working on my scrap room. A whole room, just for me! That was a perk of moving. I've got most of it done. I'm trying to figure out how to child proof it. My little girls love to scrap to. My 4 year old asks for scrap things for Bithdays and Christmas. My 2 year old likes to decorate my walls with crayons and my other 2 year old likes to eat my rubber stamps.
