Speaking of gunk, what is that disgusting stuff that leaks out of chicken (or beef for that matter) when you cook it in a skillet? That stuff just grosses me out.

Ewwww! I had to go vegetarian because of my health, but I have to say, veggies don't leak.  They rot though (ick too!)
