Who needs it anyway! I just made two pumpkin breads that turned out supper moist yet fluffy and delicious without that stinky old thing. I changed the recipe I had a little, i put less sugar and added sour cream to the batter. i love it! Mia got to crack the eggs and helped put the ingredients in the bowl, she is so proud of her wonderful bread. For lunch we ate a salad with the bread, she had tuna also but not me. Now I am waiting for Bianquita to come home so she can have a warm slice.
