Last year I slacked and only got 28 layouts done. (and set myself further behind since I'm still in 2001). I've been doing pretty good this year so far. I'm up to 32 layouts. 
With the COW I posted today, I'm behind those by 2.

Good job! At this rate, you'll at least triple last year's total!
I think I am slacking a bit this year compared to last, but I have a week of vacation and am starting to feel better from being sick, so maybe I can get some scrapping done.

They never said.
Personally, I hope they make it fair for everyone and it's one entry per person. (i.e. one gallery). That's what i like about the monthly challenges - everyone gets an even chance of winning. I plan on trying to do more if I can because it's motivating.

I scrap too slow. I guess I could've saved the ones I did this week until today to upload but I didn't. And it's a good motivator instead of people uploading their older layouts just to win.
Going to get started on my next one after I eat my salad. i'm so hungry!

this contest is the first time I have had a chance to scrap at all this year. I squeeze in cards once in a while.. probably only other chance I am going to get is NSBD in may, then I will be all buzy again.

I've been keeping my desk pretty decent, so that has made it easier. The last couple of years I've said I want to get closer to catching up and last year I did the opposite and let myself get further behind. 
I managed to squeeze in 3 today. Even though I have a small ott light, I find it much easier to scrap by daylight.

You do great, Tam! I think I might also be better this year, because I am doing the cows. They motivate me to ge everything out more often. But I am still behind on those too.
