This is a staple around our house and so very moist and tender. You do not have to marinate overnight if you are in a rush. I have marinated in a ziploc bag for 30 minutes a few times and it is still just as wonderful!
Pork Tenderloins (they usually come in pack of 2)
1 c soy sauce
1/2 c brown sugar
2 Tbs apple cider vinegar
1 Tbs minced garlic (can use more if you love garlic)
Trim all of the fat off of the tenderloins. Wrap them totally with bacon. Mix marinade ingredients in a ziploc bag. Add tenderloins to bag and marinate. Preheat oven to 350 or 375 (if short on time). Roast until done, I usually cook mine about an hour because I'm a freak about pork being undercooked. If you have everything on hand but the bacon, it's just as good! ENJOY
