Any plans?
We had the house alarm serviced first thing. I'm still jangled. You have no idea how much I hate hearing that siren going off.
Once I've calmed down it will be lunch, then some scrapping. I've said that every day and I've done none this week. I'm missing it.
I was looking out of the window earlier and I saw Mr and Mrs Pheasant working up to, well, making more pheasants. He was walking around her with all his feathers stuck up at the angle that she could see them best. And his "ear" feathers were sticking up too. He looked magnificent. It's only January though - isn't it too early for those kind of shenanigans?

Changing up store visits for work. We have gusting winds and I don't feel up to driving through them. I will stay local today.
I did not sleep well last night so my list is not written in must do format.
Housework fairy needs to visit, and groceries need getting. I need to make a few cards, dogs need brushing too.
Make it a great day, you won't get it back!

It's frigid and snowing out so I'm not taking Lucia to her class. That's probably taking a step backwards but I'm OK with it, too ugly out to be driving. Instead I will let her sleep in and start on some more home projects. I was hoping we could have a quiet night at home since we have been working hard every evening this week with reports that were due and homework but Mia has other ideas... Apparently she has invited a friend over to play. Not that excited but I guess it's better than on the weekend when we have family things to do...

I love watching beautiful birds courting. We have not seen any sign of life for quite some time. I can't wait for spring! And, it does seem early!

It is -36C here, -48C with the wind. Gross. Ben has his 4 month immunizations this morning so I guess we will have to leave the house. He isn't awake yet but at least he doesn't sound as stuffed up when he is sleeping as he did yesterday.
