find yourself sounding more negative than you mean to?

I am afraid that I do -- I don't feel negative or whiney & then I say something that sounds it and I think "Wow! How people must think of me!"

I am resolving to try harder to keep the negative out of my reactions to everyday things.

Anyone have similar thoughts?

yeps numerous times especially when I just don't feel good....

Mom to 1 precious boy! He loves hockey.

I try SO hard not to do that, you wouldn't believe it. I think these days I'm more the other way - I think I wind people up by being too cheerful.

I haven't had a day like that since I healed from my surgery.
