I would appreciate some prayers sent my way. Those of you who've seen me on FB...2 weeks ago I messed up my right shoulder and am in a sling. With the new laws about narcotics, the orthopedic surgeon couldn't increase my dosage. I get that. I called my fibro dr and spoke with them and we're trying something else to help the pain instead of adding to the rx. I get that and understand.
So, yesterday I was going down the stairs and my foot slipped and I hit my back on the left side (saving the hurt right arm). I hit my lower back ribs and then my hip and my elbow. I'm dealing with the pain, but it hurts. Pain level ranges from 7-9.
Again, I'll deal...but I'm worried I'm going to hurt myself again and I just can't get hurt again. We have the most beautiful 2' of snow outside and I'd love to go play in it, but I won't.
I just need to get healthy, well, my idea of healthy which includes only the normal things.

If you have a chiropractor, they can help. We go once a month as a family.

I don't do chiropractors - one too many bad ones that I've gone to.
I do go get massages, but right now I can't. I will be taking a long bath and put in some epsom salt.

Thanks everyone. DH is off to get some Epsom salt and I told him to be on the lookout for a new body. I'll keep my head, but attach it to the new one. He's headed to Walmart, so I'm a little worried about what he'll find there.
