Good gracious those are the most beautiful cookies ( and delicious) I have ever seen! I just knew you would want Aiden to have one right away so we indulged with lunch. Thank you so much, Aiden is very taken with them. He thinks the snow people are just wonderful.

Aww Kim! I couldn't miss the little man! I hope they taste all right . . . I had them boxed for awhile, then didn't mail them until late. I was a little worried about that so almost didn't send them, but DH said he would mail them :-)

Yes, though I didn't make as many this year of the rest of the cookies. . . But I did make more of the snowmen this year - 200 this time! :-). I need a lot because I give everyone a big cookie when they leave my Christmas party. . .kids and adults, and then I need extras to give out at work and mail :-)

I got your box today, Marty! When I said it was going to be cookies, hubby and the kids were gathered around me like vultures while I opened the box. Love the way you decorated!
Thank you!!

With those - I think the frosting helps since it's basically sealing the whole top of the cookie. . .and I package them up in plastic freezer bags to keep them fresh (can't freeze them after they're frosted). So I do my thing and bag them ASAP :-)
