No joke. I got ticked after 2 hours, and went to the hospital across the road. (yep, within a mile) and asked how long. 15 mins...
woot.
but then, I almost bomb on a RN who wanted to start my IV ungloved, uncleaned hands. Omg seriously? Told me his dexterity.was diminished. umm...no.
Seriously, wash your darn hand and stick some gloves on.

Oh goodness.
What was that for Ashley?
Severly dehydrated. I havent eatten or drank, or even slept in the last month since surgery.

You made me  I think you can only last 3 days with out water and a week or so without food. I think I could make it a few weeks without food, I have a little stored up on my hips, lol.

exactly. I sleep an hour a night. Usually around 4-5 am. I eat 3-4 bites all day cause I dont feel like it. Water, maybe 10 oz.

physically I feel awesome. No debillitating pain. My patience is better, my temper doesnt flare. so I feel great. Cant explain the other issues.

It depends on the circumstances/environment . Food can be weeks but water - at best is 10 days (if you have an shelter and an ideal temp - not too hot or cold)

I'm glad about that. Even if you don't eat much, you MUST drink. 2 litres a day, or 67 fluid ounces is what you should be aiming for.
You must have lost loads of weight?
