    In response to kaleidoscope

So I am not the only one who thinks this is crazy? I looked at the guidelines for CT and how they are going to pay for it. They want the teachers to have staggered schedules and they are going to have to negotiate collective bargaining rights. They also want blended classrooms-which we already have and I have to say, they do not work that well-especially if you don't have support staff. And in my town, they are trying to cut support staff. As a parent and a tax payer, this has me kicking and screaming!!!

This is only a pilot here right now in 3 districts but from what I have heard, the commissioner of education wants to make this permanent across the board. Should be interesting because from what studies show, more time is not the answer. I am going to say something un politically correct here so feel free to flame away. The haves are having to pay once again for the have nots. I am getting tired of the Nanny State.
