In response to 3 Little Ladies
Oh, for the officer appreciation gathering I wore a t-shirt, long sleeved t-shirt, hooded sweatshirt, 2 pairs of pants, 2 pairs of socks, gloves, and a jacket. I was comfortable. lol
We had a great time! They had 4 different bouncy slide/jumpy things. I got in the bounce house with Abby.  I must have been the only adult because when I asked the two ladies that were monitoring it if there was a weight limit they looked surprised. They said, "go on in!"
The had a shooting range set up (of course, lol), knife throwing (what??), go-karts, hayrides, a kiddie train, face painting, pumpkin painting, crafts, rock climbing, zip line... it was like a fair or carnival.
They also had tons of food, a pretzel stand, a  stand, baskets of goodies, gift baskets for the officers, and we won a gc to a nice local restaurant.
