I haven't seen any calendar kits.
Have you thought about using CD cases to make your calendars. You can download a free calendar template and cut it out and decorate the page. All the pages can be stored in the CD case and it is small and light enough if you have to post gifts. I've made them in the past and they have been easy to do.
