I know the snow is pretty but as a truck driver who has been in the snow, I don't like it. How much have you gotten?
well, I'm not going out and taking various measurements around the yard.  I'd say 2 ft. When it's blown around you're supposed to take several measurements and average them.
Friends aren't people you particularly like for any special reason. You just like people because they're your friends.
