In response to 3 Little Ladies
Full Star Trail day with the special school in the morning. I picked up DH's contact lenses and some more crickets for the gecko in the way home. I cleaned out the last lot of crickets, and I'm waiting for the newbies to climb into their dark tubes.
Tonight we have scampi and chips and then I'm going to choir practise. Star Trail is open to the public tonight, but I can't go. The mother of my stand-in, who is also the lady in the gold tent, had a bit of a peck at me. She said I should tell the choir-master that I was busy and couldn't go to the practise. I think I've been there all week so I'm entitled to an evening off.
There are tensions between our choir and the music group in the other church. Our choir (including the choir master) has been accused of being unfriendly, and the music group has been accused of being above turning up to practise, and being rude.  I'm not being rude or unfriendly, so I'll listen to them all griping and keep out of it without getting involved.
