Don't wait on the school to hand out the forms or even give you the proper information. Talk to your daughters counselor. When I worked for the school district, I heard so many stories (not good) about high school seniors who had to scramble to get the required number hours of community service just weeks before graduation.
Make sure you make a copy of the signed community service record.
