My daughter hasn't been given forms unless maybe they are in the handbook/planner thingy. But as far as I know they didn't send a letter home about the change to when it had to be completed by unless hubby didn't notice it or read all the papers properly at the beginning of the year.
Friends aren't people you particularly like for any special reason. You just like people because they're your friends.
