Anyone in weight watchers her? I am thinking about joining, but just wanted a little advice first. Okay lets just say I am just slightly overweight, but thank god a good family trait I have is I don't look any where near as much as I weigh. Any ways even though it dosn't matter, I am really a self concious person, and wouldn't want anyone wondering why I was there, cause all the time I get comments like if I was that skinny, and so forth......... I really just want some support, on getting back to a healthy me, and watching how much I eat. I feel bad not eating everything on my plate, but am starting to realize it's alot better to waste food than you health. Okay so advice......
