I recently started the weight watchers program and have been doing it for three weeks now. In the the 3 weeks I've been doing this program I have lost 17 pounds. That added onto the 42.2 I kept off from the weight I lost before starting the program brings me to a total of 57.8 lost! I think I'm actually going to make my goal of losing 60 pounds before August 18th which is my birthday! I hope to lost a great amount before Christmas.

Hi everyone. I thought I'd type up a new entry. I started the new with having lost my furbaby. Not at all how I wanted to start a new year. Or have happen anytime for that matter. He lived a great life of 17 years. He was a sweet gentle loving cat. The reason for his death was congestive heart failure and I didn't think that was the case when my Mom told me that. It's our birthday! I can't believe we are 32 years old today. It ben a good 32 years even with the hard times I've had. The good outweighs the bad.
